Welcome to Jasiri!
jasiri (Kiswahili) n. courageous, daring, bold of heart
Pilgrim Africa's annual Jasiri Gala is a night to celebrate the inspiration and innovation at work in our malaria and education programs in Uganda. More importantly, it’s a place for our community to join together in supporting the extraordinary work happening in the field. Funds from sponsorships, donations and a special silent auction support Pilgrim Africa's mission to challenge despair, love boldly, and help African people create a future of sustainable prosperity and health.
Join us for a special evening of African sights and sounds, a silent auction, a special appearance from students at our Beacon of Hope School, and an inspiring program about our new malaria program in partnership with Rotary International and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Doors open at 5:30pm.

Pilgrim Africa was founded in 2001 as an indigenous Christian response to the plight of more than 1.5 million refugees living in camps in war-torn regions of Uganda. Today, Pilgrim Africa has grown to be an international organization with catalytic regional and national interventions in Public Health and Education.
